Finding Care for Alzheimer’s Patients

Finding care for a loved one who is suffering from Alzheimer’s is no easy task. The care needs to be specific to the individual and should be tailored to their stage of the disease.

The first step is to understand your care choices. The choices range from something minimal like adult daycare, to something more serious like hospice care. Look into each type of care to determine which is right for your loved one.

Next, you’ll need to find providers. Use a tool like the Community Resource Finder from the Alzheimer’s Association to help you locate doctors and other care providers in your area.

Once you’ve chosen the type of care and providers, you’ll need to coordinate services. This is where CareZone can help!
